By accessing and using Submitify.app (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Submitify is a productivity tool that integrates with Google Forms to provide enhanced response management, tagging, notes, and notifications via Zalo and Telegram.
3. User Accounts
You must use a Google account to sign in to our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
Submitify and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Submitify and its licensors.
5. Google Services Integration
Our Service relies on integration with Google Workspace. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or limitations imposed by Google on their APIs or services.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Submitify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
