• Google Workspace Data: To provide our core services, we require access to your Google Forms and Google Sheets via official APIs. We read form data to trigger real-time notifications. We use Google Sheets access specifically to facilitate data export, allowing you to synchronize and manage your submission records directly in your spreadsheets.
• Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service.

3. How We Use Data

We use your data strictly to:

• Synchronize your Google Form submissions in real-time.
• Send notifications to your connected Zalo or Telegram accounts.
• Export and synchronize submission data to Google Sheets for your reporting and management needs.
• Allow you to tag and add internal notes to submissions.
• Improve our platform functionality and user experience.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. We only share information when required by law or to provide our service (e.g., sending data to Telegram/Zalo via their respective APIs based on your configuration).

5. Google API Disclosure

Submitify’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communication between our server and Google APIs is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or specific data, it will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. Some information may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period until those backups are rotated.

9. User Control and Disconnection

You have full control over your connected accounts. You can disconnect your Google account or any messaging integrations (Zalo, Telegram) at any time through the Profile settings in your dashboard. Disconnecting an account immediately stops all data synchronization and access for that specific integration.
